It all started with family. They have made such a positive influence on my life, teaching me:
healthy eating habits; as simple as grabing fruits and vegetables before snacks and treats, and exploring new foods to expand my taste buds.
proper reutine; understand the relationship between good food and physical activity.
important investments; aside from saving up for those "rainy days", I was taught to investing in my healthy and well being.
Now living on my own with my supportive boyfriend, I have took those lessons and made them part of my daily decisions. And with his influence I have learned to understand the importance of not only what food I am eating, but what my food eats as well.
Our fridge is always stocked with fresh organic fruits and vegetables; as well as free-ranged, organic, antibiotic free meat and poultry.
They have all made such an impact on my life that I wish to continue to share these important daily habits.
