This is a recipe I pulled from Clean Eating winter 2013 magazine issue; Winter's Best Dishes. Since the first time I made it my boyfriend has not stopped bugging for me to make it again!
Grass-fed ground beef patties made with parsley, paprika, cooked quinoa, onion and garlic grilled to medium rare. Then placed between 3 peices of toasted sesame seed buns. And topped with a sauce made with sour cream, dill, chives, dijon, and lemon juice. As well as pickled red onions that had previously soaked in red wine vinegar, tomatoes, sprouts, pickles, salt and pepper.
