favourite new pick me up inspired my Goodness Me!'s Shamrock smoothie!
1/2 of a 24g package Garden of Life raw protein
1/2 scoop of Amazing Grass green superfood
1 cup Organic Coconut milk
1/2 organic peeled granny smith apple
1/2 small cucumber
juice of half a lime
and a handfull of spinach!
Definately getting my intake of natural Chorophyll :)
