lemon mini cheese cakes
How about some dessert, shall we?
Whenever I visit my family I always find my mother in her beautifully renovated kitchen cooking something delicious! This time I visited, I gave her a break and made her these mouth watering lemon cheese cakes.
the crust was graham cracker crumbs, and butter. As the filling I had cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and lemon zest.
Once cooled from baking, I topped it with blueberries, lemon zest, and a little icing sugar.
She loved them! Unforunately for my dad and brothers they were never a fan a cheese cake so they could not share in the excitement of these little treats. But fortunate for my mom and I, there was less to share. haha!
