Southwestern Cheddar Steak Fries

Another 'Clean Eating 3' creation!

Potatoes baked with olive oil, paprika, cumin, and garlic. With sharp cheddar cheese, yellow pepper, and fresh cilantro to top it off! The potatoes cooked perfectly, nice and crunchy on the outside with a soft fluffy center.

This recipe really complemented the lamb currant meatballs! As you can see in the background, it was our dinner starters for that night :P Perfect finger good,
